Invitation to Participate in the Project “Equal Opportunities” No. FEDS.07.06- IP.02-0037/24 of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship 

AKADEMIA BIZNESU I ROZWOJU Gabriela Olczyk and PAWEŁ ROZMARYNOWSKI ARTCOM are pleased  to announce that the recruitment for the new Project entitled: “Equal Opportunities” No. FEDS.07.06- IP.02-0037/24 has begun.

The project is co-financed under the regional program: European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 in  the field of projects related to active integration. 

Priority 7: European Funds for the labour market and social inclusion in Lower Silesia Measure 7.6: Integration of migrants 

Project value: PLN 866,760.48 

Co-financing from the project from the EU: PLN 823,422.45 

Implementation period: 01/01/2025 – 28/02/2026

Project objectives

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT by 28.02.2026 is to increase the level of social and professional  integration of 48 [38W/10M] people over 18 years of age, who are third-country nationals, i.e. without  citizenship of any of the European Union countries or countries such as Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein  and Switzerland, legally residing in Poland, residing in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in one of the  following counties: wrocławski, m. Wrocław, świdnicki, dzierżoniowski, regardless of the employment  status, including min. 3 [2W/1M] people with disabilities, by providing them with comprehensive and  individualized support allowing them to function better in Polish society. The project will implement  type 7.6.A Social and professional integration of third-country nationals.

Who can benefit?

The project is addressed to people over 18 years of age, who are third-country nationals, legally  residing in Poland, residing in the area of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in one of the following  counties:

regardless of employment status, including min. 3 [2W/1M] people with disabilities.

Support Path

Support under the project will be individual and tailored to the specific needs of the supported  persons. It will be differentiated in terms of the categories of people to whom it is addressed, taking  into account such elements as, for example, the situation on the labour market, knowledge of the  Polish language, education (including those obtained in Poland) and qualifications, competences that  can be validated in accordance with the Integrated Qualifications System, type of job  performed/sought, cultural differences, gender, age, migration status, etc. Support in the project will  take into account the specificity of migration to a given region, in detail in terms of the socio demographic characteristics of migrants, the sectors of the economy in which they most often find  employment and the challenges that arise. 

As part of the project, participants will have access to a comprehensive support path, including:

Identification of participants' needs and development of an Individual Support Path – for 48 people [48UP*4h/person;

02

Support for integration assistants in everyday functioning – for 30 people [30 people*8h/person],

03

Polish language courses – for 44 people [44UP*average 90 teaching hours/person; i.e. average 30 days/person],

04

Trainings in Polish values and culture – for 48 people [4 groups (12 people each)*12h; 2 days/person] and integration meetings with the local community – for 48 people [4 meetings (12 people each)*3h; 1 day/person]

Specialist individual legal and civic counselling – for 28 people [28 people*4h/person; 2 days/person], and interpreter support – for 20 people

Specialist individual psychological counselling – for 28 people [28 people*6h/person; 3 days/person], and interpreter support – for 20 people,

Individual career counselling – for 28 people [28 people*6h/person; 3 days/person], and interpreter support – for 20 people

Vocational training – for 30 people [30 people*average 110 teaching hours/person]

09

Internships (3 months) – for 14 people [for 14 PAs with the largest deficits in terms of professional experience]

10

Individual job placement – for 40 people [40 people*5h/person; 2 days/person], and interpreter support – for 28 people.

In addition, the following are provided: reimbursement of travel costs, refunds of childcare/dependent  care, refunds of allowances to the remuneration of interns’ caregivers, medical examinations, accident  insurance, catering.
