Invitation to Participate in the Project “Academy of Integration!” No. FEDS.07.06-IP.02-0040/24 of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship
AKADEMIA BIZNESU I ROZWOJU Gabriela Olczyk and SMART BUSINESS Ewa Ślaga are pleased to announce that recruitment for the new Project entitled: “Academy of Integration!” No. FEDS.07.06- IP.02-0040/24 has begun.

The project is co-financed under the regional program: European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 in the field of projects related to active integration.
Priority 7: European Funds for the labour market and social inclusion in Lower Silesia Measure 7.6: Integration of migrants
Project value: PLN 866,760.48
Co-financing from the project from the EU: PLN 823,422.45
Implementation period: 01/01/2025 – 28/02/2026

Who can benefit?
The project is addressed to people over 18 years of age, who are third-country nationals, legally residing in Poland, residing in the area of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in one of the following counties:
- wrocławski
- m. Wrocław
- wałbrzyski
- m. Wałbrzych
- świdnicki
regardless of employment status, including min. 3 people with disabilities.
Support Path
Support under the project. It will be individual and tailored to the specific needs of the supported persons. It will be differentiated in terms of the categories of people to whom it is addressed, taking into account such elements as, for example, the situation on the labour market, knowledge of the Polish language, education (including those obtained in Poland) and qualifications, competences that can be validated in accordance with the Integrated Qualifications System, type of job performed/sought, cultural differences, gender, age, migration status, etc. Support in the project will take into account the specificity of migration to a given region, in detail in terms of the socio demographic characteristics of migrants, the sectors of the economy in which they most often find employment and the challenges that arise.
As part of the project, participants will have access to a comprehensive support path, including:

In addition, the following are provided: reimbursement of travel costs, refunds of childcare/dependent care, refunds of allowances to the remuneration of interns’ caregivers, medical examinations, accident insurance, catering.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FROM CANDIDATES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROJECT:
– a legibly completed application form with a declaration of participation, as well as the following documents qualifying for participation in the project:
- to verify the candidate’s age, e.g. a copy of the passport for inspection
- in order to verify the status on the labour market, a certificate from the District Labour Office (for registered persons) or a certificate from the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) (for non employed unregistered persons)
- a document authorizing to stay and work: a visa, a residence card or a document confirming the assignment of a PESEL number for Ukrainian citizens who came to Poland after 24.02.2022 / a certificate of temporary protection from the Office for Foreigners or another document confirming crossing the border of the Republic of Poland in connection with Russia’s aggression in Ukraine
- If a person has a disability, the following is required:
a disability certificate issued by a competent Polish adjudicating authority
Main results:
- obtaining qualifications/competences as a result of participation in vocational training by at least 26 project participants
- obtaining language competences by at least 38 project participants, and social competences by at least 41 project participants
- taking up work by min. 10 project participants

- Number of people of foreign origin supported by the programme 48 [38K/10M]
Result indicators:
- Number of people who qualified after leaving the program 41 [33F/8M]
- Number of employed, including self-employed, after leaving the scheme 10 [8F/2M]
- Number of people whose social situation has improved after leaving the program 41 [33K/8M]
Other common output indicators:
- Number of people with disabilities supported in the programme 3 [2K/1M]
